Cula Technologies joins the Negative Emissions Platform
The Negative Emissions Platform is happy to welcome Cula Technologies to its Membership
Cula Technologies is the automation layer between plant operations and carbon markets: automated data capture in, automated reporting and credit issuance out. As the leading MRV system for direct equipment and machine data integration, Cula provides the digital infrastructure that turns on-site operations into verifiable carbon removal.
Its MRV platform captures real-time data across biochar, BECCS, and DAC projects; from feedstock delivery and production to emissions accounting and CO₂ storage or end-product application. Built for field teams, the platform runs in the browser, works offline, and is optimised for desktop and mobile.
For deeper automation, Cula Hardware connects to PLCs and industrial sensors, securely streaming time-series machine data to the cloud, enabling monitoring, analytics, and quality assurance. Cula also integrates weigh-bridges, printers, and project documentation, using AI to extract structured data from scale tickets, invoices, and utility bills to maintain a complete audit trail.
“Cula is delighted to join the Negative Emissions Platform as it brings together leading voices in carbon dioxide removal, represents removal pathways at the policy level, and helps stimulate demand for high-quality credits. Cula looks forward to supporting the NEP programme by contributing our MRV experience where useful and encouraging data-led decision-making across the removals market.”
